Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags attached and packaging included.

Exclusions and final sale

Hygiene-sensitive, personalized, used or damaged merchandise may be ineligible where disclosed before purchase. Final-sale items are returnable only where required by law or if damaged or incorrect.

Start a return or exchange

Use the contact form with the order number before sending anything. The return destination and authorization process are awaiting merchant confirmation. Exchanges are handled according to inventory availability.

Refunds and costs

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The merchant refund-processing timeframe is awaiting confirmation. Bank posting time may follow. Original and return shipping treatment is disclosed during authorization. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with the order number and clear details.
