Use this site lawfully and do not interfere with its security, operation, content or other users. Site content and the HART VANE name and presentation may not be copied or exploited without permission.
Products and pricing
Prices are in CAD. Product colour can vary by display. Specifications, availability, taxes and shipping charges must be confirmed before payment. Obvious errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled or refunded.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs only after payment is confirmed and the order is confirmed. Hart Vane may reject or cancel an order for availability, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or legal reasons. Stripe processes payment; Hart Vane does not receive full card numbers.
Shipping and returns
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk, address corrections, taxes and duties depend on the policy shown before payment. See Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges.
Liability and prohibited use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hart Vane is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits non-excludable consumer rights. Automated abuse, unlawful activity, malicious code and unauthorized access are prohibited.
